Make what disappear for the BCSC? You constantly deflect away from the pertinent issue of who's actions and decisions were responsible for the lost investments of the former MWR/MSX shareholders. HINT: it isn't the BCSC, it isn't Barrick, and it isn't your "llama farmer legals".
Everything after the first sentence in your post is irrelevant. But since you seem to have such an undying fervour to see justice done, aren't you excited to be at the final stages of this 7 year long tale? You, and me, and Quer, and several others here that are too embarrassed to post anymore, are unique in that we have been involved in "something you usually only read about"... from the very beginning to almost the very end. Something that allegedly had an element of wrong-doing, which is now on the verge of being decided and with potential sanctions being handed out.
Why not concentrate on the here and now? Forget about Barrick and the BCSC for a while, and enjoy what your lost investments are buying for you... a real, live, Perry Mason story! (Anyone under 30 should Google Perry Mason, lol)
Or since your preference seems to be for the big silver screen, make it a real live movie.... like "Titanic".
