first of all, it's not the sec's court date. it's the administrative law judge's. and secondly, they don't give a shit about time and the company. these proceedings are not a deadline for compliance. they are due process for the delinquency violation which can not be contested, they did it. the only matter to be decided is if the company responds and accepts voluntary revocation. if they don't accept it will still be revoked, it will just take a little longer. if they do accept the door will still be open for them to go public again at some time in the future.

Who says the SEC canceled anything. Where are the filings you're referring to?

Where is the document showing anything was canceled?

Ever get a traffic ticket and ask for another appearance date or an extension to pay it? It gets granted or not. Nothing gets canceled.
