RE: "Secure" Infineon Technologies Publication...

I recieved a copy of the Sept isssue today (I do not know how I got on the mailing list.) I read it through this evening. When I see it appear on their site I will post it.

Last issiue many months back was on "Identification".
wave was mentioned in it as a "Silicon Trust member" You can find a copy in PDf on Silicon trust site.

They say there will be another issue in October.

This one really caught my eye as I opened it.

The Whole front page reads

TRUSTED PLATFORMS FOR MOBILE NETWORKS

Wave's logo is at the bottom of the Contents page and they have two pages under Partners offerings.
Two sub-sections entitled

EMBASSY SERVICES AND INFRASTRUCTURE ENABLED SECURE ENTERPRISE COMPUTIING

AND

EMBASSY TRUST SUITE-WAVE SYSTEMS' SERVICE AND SERVICE DELIVERY MODEL

What I found nice about this publication (being the non-techie that I am) is it was clear and concise. It was written to make anyone understand The market is now driving security, and what ic necessary to be secure.

It explains all from the acronyms ; ) to the Terminals, devices and solutions. It tells about developers for 3G and how UIM will be simular to the TPM for mobile . The difference between "Secure" and "Trusted".

It is nice to see Wave offerings so prominantly displayed out of the many "trust members"

Best regards,

VH2

Wildman262

Are we sure that the Intel bundling will be done on the TPM? I have never understood that it will be the TPM...of course NSM is already bundled and it seems unlikely Infineon or Atmel would bundle sans a Wave agreement with either of them.

Just to confirm...at the present time ST Micro has not announced a TPM.
