One has to wonder if any of the Nationstar loans had to be refinanced with the WMIH deal. Nationstar did not need WMIH for that imo, because NSM had/has Softbank behind them through Fortress. So some 700 million will be used for the merger itself, so where are the other dollars earmarked?
