dugit69, thank you very much and a very solid post! No doubt, in my view this is spot-on correct and I concur with everything in your post.

Dugit69

Thanks for reiterating what transpired years ago. I loaded up on WMIH over the years and also released in anticipation of WMI assets that were hidden in plain sight. (I could not believe WMI did not have 100s of billions squirrel ed away somewhere similar to other holding companies of her size). Let's hope the windfall begins soon!

Excellent summation of this case dugit69, more so because you quoted actual documents and presented the info in a clear and concise manner. Agree 100%!

It should be noted that APR was followed for creditors up to class 16 - class 17 kind of follow APR but they are not paid by the Estate. Even claims in class 18 follow APR.

Like you said, the judge eliminated APR for TPS, class 19 and 21 with the consent of those classes. The judge didn't decide on her own.

The elimination of APR in classes 19 and 21 and the 75/25 split between old preferred and old common and the elimination of the cap for preferred, drove me to sell all of my common to buy preferred - I used to own both at one time.

In 2012, the above info were published clearly in the filings. After they were published, there were several months for people to decide which WAMU securities to own. People should not be upset to own one stock versus the other because that's their decision.

all creditors approved POR 7 so no problem in gifting away. And by the way not for 1,9Billion but for free if look a bit deeper.

I believe the creditors were kicked to the wayside without a voice in the gov. supported GMAC BK by Obama. So the government can do whatever they want.

Nothing to do with WMI but just making a point. politicians do whatever they like and let the lawyers sort it out years later. by that time the damage is done
