MOst here probably own a home and have gone thru the process. I think the ratio now is up to 50% of gross income can be used for the mortgage.

50% of CEO salary would not cover a 3.4 million dollar home unless he put down 2 million or so.....and that two million came out of shareholders pocket IMHO.

Easy enough to sell shares and write it off at tax time as a loss. No need to hold a stock that one hates.

To recap here in the real world:

Q2 will not please you. Slightly better than Q1.

Q3 is unlikely to please you. Bit better than Q1 and Q2. Depends on any harvest.

Q4 is the one to watch for. Harvests of the new cultivation, possible new dispensaries and extraction running. Possible political actions that will help the sector. For instance banking in CA, delivery in CA, possible actions at federal level.

Know what you own. Drop any emotions and study the stock and pending actions.
