After shareholders voted for share limit increase without news up front I have zero confidence that the need for a shareholder vote will prevent a bad buyout.

Not only would the vote be stacked against rank and file retail shareholders but additionally the same scare tactics would be used as with the last vote like “Look hold your nose and vote yes and at least end up with something instead of nothing.”

I believe financing and nothing more. Another carrot being waved in front of investors face.
