Thanks a lot for the update Mountain Man!! Snakes & Lattes is the core of Amfil Tech. Inc. and may be for years! Gro3 has potential for sure, but isn't there just yet! I wish you great success in your upcoming Charlotte search for another new Snakes!!! I' mentioned before that once the first Snakes opens in AZ, it will go a long way in exciting new potential franchisees to commit and we can see a tidal wave of new Snakes contracts being signed! Now that you’ve found a lease per Amfe tweet, how long is the build out? I can’t remember how long Tempe took or if it will be a different build and might take longer or shorter ? If you ornsomeone cAn comment on this I think it would be nice, ty
