Yes, I think they probably are using the Comcast $$$ to fund these acquisitions, at least partially... I can't think of a better way for them to move forward... I also really like the fact they have partnered with Paul Rosen, CEO of Tidal Royalty Corp, in the fact that he has a vested interest (profit sharing) in $PNTV's success.. In the interview you can see that he very much understands the financial side of the business, and he can keep Mark and Geoff grounded in reality, imo, as they take over the business and seek to keep the operation profitable...

Also, having him to consult on future potential acquisitions will be invaluable...
