People love to use the term hijack when bashing custodianships. What many fail to realize the old owners basically ABANDONED them (the shareholders). What the custodian does is get the company back in good standing and puts them on a path back to what will hopefully be a better path then dormancy.
There is not a rainbow and unicorn with every RM-but the fact that the company is alive again is something in itself. So this hijacking term is not only baseless, but ignorant to say the least.
