For Inquiring Minds, Definition of Hijack…

For inquiring minds, I think all are familiar with the word hijack as some within the forum has used the word in its past tense form in saying that Joe Arcaro had ”highjacked” the CYPE pubic entity or shell as some have preferred to state.

I believe using such term is incorrect and subliminally instills a negative connotation as if something is wrong with the transaction of control that had ”legally” transpired to give Joe Arcaro the control over CYPE.

If one were to simply Google the word highjack, they would see that the basic premise of the definition and how people basically perceives the definition of the word highjack is… to illegally seize possession or control of a vehicle from another person.

Joe Arcaro went to court and was awarded through legal means the custodianship of CYPE to have control over the company moving forward. Such was granted to him by a judge. He did not ”steal” or illegally gain control or possession over CYPE. Or to keep things simple, when someone uses the word highjack, they are generally referring to one word that could be considered synonymous… steal.

Again, Joe Arcaro did not steal the CYPE public entity. Again, he was awarded custody and control by a judge through a legal process from the court. For one to continue using the word highjack leads me to believe that their heart condition could very well not be in a sincere place with the information that they are delivering.

I think the new CYPE and its new management team should be given a fair chance to see what the next few moves will be for them to prove their legitimacy. Time will prove this as it always has one way or the other.
