Yes because the track record proves that right? They were suspended and revoked, the requirements are simple, file timely reports and they couldn't do that. Yet the same requirements are necessary to be public again and yet nothing has changed. Makes perfect sense to expect a different outcome.
Hope is not an investment strategy, it is desperation and no OTC RS ever has resulted in a positive outcome for previous shareholders. So shareholders got that going for them as well......
