Exactly Time!!! I always look at the dollar amount that takes My investments down or up before I ever consider a move on an investment. Color and percentages are meaningless when only a couple of dollars are involved with the strolls up or down. Simply smoke and mirrors in my opinion. But... as always that is Me Baby!!!
