It's not incorrect you still do not have a tradable CUSIP in your account. The brokerage has placed an non existent CUSIP as a placeholder due to the new CUSIP not being DTCC elligible.
There is not an incorrect statement in there.
Much like saying it wouldn't be suspended or revoked, those were in fact incorrect statements.
