In the end, I think we will be fine. Too much is happening for it to be overly bad, I mean look, phase 2 would not have even been tried if it is all that doom and gloom! What is the next report due out? Also, I have a feeling that MGMT knows this is not the best report, but I think a PR may on the way that may have something within it to smooth over the worst of the news. I have a feeling there is another report coming but a PR should come with something to help inject the price even higher than today's close.

At 3 cents they don't have enough shares left to pay for even a Pll trial. They need a BP to take a stake and conduct the trials, imo.
