I’m pretty much a self proclaimed idiot while attempting to interpret this thing, but I’d tend to agree. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy it’s out...and out of the way. But, if this isn’t a clear indication that the only way this company survives is a BO, not sure what is. Holy cash-strapped Batman.

I guess it doesn’t matter much to me as my investment here has always been with the hope there’s a BO. But, it seems like funding will be needed just to get into phase 2. Someone more educated on this stuff (won’t take much), please feel free to enlighten me a bit....
