A buyout of SHMP could of been in the works for a while now. Buyout could of been on hold
utill after all the field tests were finished and successful before the buyer commited the money. SHMP just PRed tremendously successful large scale open field tests. Hmmm.....Ill even take a $1.00 a share tic toc...
