Catalysts still ahead of us are:

#1 Filings, and/or termination of his custodianship. (So he can transfer the shell to the new CEO)

#2 Announcement of the merging company.

#3 Legal confirmation of the new companies ownership.

Then any catalysts the new company has in its business plan.
