Great stuff Sibware. The one thing that stood out to me on this was the Duration Period section where it says the name would be used for 10 years? Do you/anyone know what that means?

And as was mentioned, the 10 year reference has NO significance. They can file a new cert with the TX SOS under a new name whenever they want. The cert is not an article of incorporation like the Delaware filing. It just allows the filer to do business in TX....or should I say for the State of TX to collect taxes!
Wouldn't it be possible to determine where we are in the process and what is next for this by comparing to past similar reverse mergers in the same situation?
