The May 21st report doesn’t say Google will settle. It says there’s no merit in EA’s trade secret claims. There isn’t going to be a settlement.

$MAXD’s CFO has given a clear message that shows a high level of confidence going forward.

This means nothing for Max today. Goog is on the hook for nothing while Max has less than 2 weeks to pay Goog 820K. Yikes
