I've pondered this for quite a while.

My estimate for DCVax treatment arm 5 yr survival is between 15-20%.

With the upper estimate more likely.

Do you think optune device efficacy is as good as they say? It didn't look bad to me.

You can check what it looks like, by trying it on and using a mirror. More discrete when used with a suitable hat.
