hotel7473, in all due respect when the Market closed the stock was @ $11.85. market was so screwed up the news hit & they too it there until they read the news. Then brought it to $11.605,then to $10.99, then to $10.60 & finally settled at $10.75 Seems they didn't know where to put the PPS.

You don't mean reviled, do you? I think you meant to say revealed. I love the news!

Seeking Alpha readers won't ever admit I made good moves with NGL but I know I did and frankly it's not about me---at least financially speaking. Rather, it's about having pursued a course of action destined to enrich others with me being but one person in the mix. Or should I say I'm one butt in the mix? lol

Tomorrow should be very interesting, indeed. In this day and age many, many MLP hounds are fearful of rollups whereby MLPs are taken out by their General Partner which controls much of the unit structure and can effect a buyout without going through the tender process.

NGL has now made it amply clear that they are gearing towards self-funding. This is the best news I've seen from them today.

By the way, Yahoo! after-hours is showing units up $1.35 at $12.05. It's a 12.65% gain! I don't think I've ever seen such a dramatic turn-around! I just told my wife that I've probably got more than a thousand hours spent on NGL and she said, "It's finally paying off!"

Taking chances is such a vital part of the investment process. So I can hardly fault the process itself as I initiated it myself. And I can't fault the company, either, for I know well that management has been working feverishly to "fix" things damaged by Mother Nature.

So now we move ahead with some of our dreams about to be fulfilled. And a hearty congratulations to one and all of us!
