It's not about the price they're at..its that they came back into the box after they dropped out along with PUMA last week. If you punch any penny stock symbol and look at their L2, you'll see a ton of barracuda MM's. They're one of them and one that hangs out looking for quick runs on news.
I posted a list of MM's that you need to look out for when looking at a stock's L2. Take a look at it. PUMA, VFIN, BMIC...etc. these are the pump and dumpers.
CANT is Cantor Fitzgerald (private and retail)
CDEL is TD Ameritrade (retail)
NOT having them in the box is better than when they're there. Keep in mind as long as they are in the box the MM can do trades between other MM's (shadow trade) without it posting on the tape and accumulate a position long or short without disrupting the bid/ask.
