The company is still awash w/ toxic debt, and, imo - the Cali deal appears to be the first time (that I recall) where they actually accomplished something significant in terms of generating revenue for the short/long term.
WeedTV still has to generate Ad revenue; which is curiously absent, or generate revnues for paid content.
and PNTV, imo, has to have a strategy to reduce toxic debt
Plus, where's the Comcast settlement $$; if there was actually cash settlement involved.
