They've already raised plenty of public funds and if they were really interested in raising public funds wouldn't they have had "Investor" links on the SPCL and Pixel MAgs Inc. homepages?
Nothing. If you visited the PixelMags web site and wanted to invest you can not find a clue that they trade under the SPCL symbol.
If you do a symbol lookup for Pixel Mags Inc you will also come up empty.
Is this the SPCL strategy for raising public funds?
I can also add that reading thru the posts since the suspension it is quite evident how SPCL was able to scam investors.
