Well when I start seeing evidence it has hurt the company I'll be concerned but until then I say GO GET'EM SHERIFF!!!

I can easily tell this stock is being attacked. If nobody else can, I'll still continue to believe it is.

I expressed the same opinion the second that sheriff video was released. I was also becoming a believer, but that changed everything.

He is the third such CEO I know of who has been equally vocal.

I'm sure what you meant to say is that you have no proof of illegal naked shorting. It would make no sense for him to go after them if there was no proof. When a case is being built and/or under litigation, you seldom hear anything. When the swamp is drained and gets cleaned out I'm sure we will all hear plenty of what has happened that we didn't know about. IMO, traders should be worried that there has not been any PR, not the longs. We know it is coming. We also know that there will be several PRs rolling out in close succession once it starts.

Not trying to get biblical, but remember what happened when Moses went to Mount Sinai. A lot of people that were tired of waiting for Moses to return with good news lost the faith and went back to their old ways of life (idol worshiping for example). Look what happened to them when Moses returned.

Don't be one of the people that strayed from their beliefs. You have done your DD, so why would you doubt your own findings? Rory will come back with great news for all FUSZ longs. It will not look so good for those that strayed IMO.

There actually is a significant amount of illegal shorting occurring. Just check the daily Reg SHO reports and you can see for yourself.

1/1 today, it may have done more harm than good to this point. Did you mean a believer in Rory or the company and product? Or both?

I definitely believe in Rory and believe that he succumbed to the constant bickering about doing or saying something. I don’t fault him. I have always and will always believe in Rory and the company. Several verticals are starting and waiting to hear who we are working with for notifiHealth. Supposedly a top pharmaceutical company.

As per your other post about if a lot of people are signing up would you think Rory would want that known. I believe he has let us know, not numbers of sign ups but with NotifiTeach he said well north of 100 schools signed up. I’m going to estimate 25 licenses per school, that’s just workers, idk what they’re doing with students. So at least 2500 per 100 schools, and this just started.

At this point I don’t see why he needs to release actual numbers good or not, I don’t think many companies would, regardless of size. After some time, 6 months plus, I can see the release of numbers.

This is still the beginning, we are past the building phase and are now into the adoption phase, a tall order. This isn’t a picnic and will take awhile, seems to be going well so far imo. Marketo salesmen being trained, V2 integrations, verticals, etc.

I don’t understand when someone says that this seems like a “dog”, how can anyone tell that at this point, besides using the track record of OTC in general.

I’m giving them time, that’s what they need, that’s what they deserve. Where they are now is far far away from where they were last year.

I can’t say what the day by day price action will be, but doesn’t matter to many of us here, many are adding as this goes lower, averaging down/up, for the long haul.
