You really missed what Ceterline accomplished last July. They were co-located at 7 wilshire but Joe Monterosso received a price increase from SBC. He move accross the street installed a series5 switch (additional switches will be softswitches) and lite up a bunch of dark fiber. The largest users of the switching capabilitiy is Mexico, then the Phillipines, then everyone else. Cash cows are always ugly, that doesn't mean they aren't imparitive. If we focused on Centerline, got it to max out the profitble side of the business, we might be able to afford the Strat. In not getting this done we are placing the burden on funding sources that have been losing their butt supporting GTE(M). Clearly that will not continue.
