#174298 RE: photonic5 #174293

As we celebrate the journal article finally being published and digest all that it contains, I am trying to keep in mind a few things as I consider my position.

1) There are many, many Series A Preferred holders who haven't yet converted to common, can now do so, and can sell down to .17, still break even, and hold warrants for the upside.

2) Same point, but for the Series B, and the price there is .23.

3) Based on what I've seen in many other stocks (and just typical human profit motives), I'd expect many Series A/B investors to sell some shares at a profit and hold warrants to participate in what now looks like an even more assured upside.

4) The question becomes, how long will investor demand based on journal article/ASCO news outstrip the potential supply of newly-converted shares?

All things I am thinking about as I consider whether and when to add more NWBO.

GLTA!

Why would anyone sell here?
