Long term you might be right... but near term that dont matter.

The dirtiest scams put in some of the biggest pennyland runs... and this is a fully filing MJ grower with 2 producing properties. It could easily attract the momo crowd... no sector is growing faster than MJ and no market is bigger than Cali

First havest is due soon as well.

Some growers are selling their biz before the testing laws kick in (July 1st). Many growers dont want to deal with it and are happy taking the easy money now.

So why are they selling this business to PNTV if growing Cali MJ is such a good idea? There are a lot of people growing MJ in Cali; competition is going to be severe! The BIG GROWERS will dominate the market and the price. The little guys won't be able to compete!
