No, we're well beyond that sort of suggestion.

My MS suffering wife has been using their products since the days when we could only get them through a prescription.

They work very well on the pain as attacks progress.

I'm hoping it's nothing more than a temporary dispute or a simple omission by their web host.

Let's wait for their reply.
