This is all old, re-hashed news.

The SEC filing was done to stop JAMN from filing their mandated reports. This is a bad thing - it goes against everything that a publicly traded stock should be about.

Don't contact Chris Plant's boss - don't get him fired from his day job.

The deal with TBEV is vaporware - TBEV is not going into that business.
