Good letter - constructive and good observations
I have written recently about
New Product build out ( cbd / hemp bottled summer tea, coffee, vita drinks
Sales team build out - got to build a serious national team ASAP
Web/ brand evolution - not clear on site how this could build out - ie master product co, with sub products( waters, energy, other)
Market sales strategy - target big city university area in pot friendly states. Currently seems reactive and as rolls in. Same time to manage great area as weaker one.
Sponsor search - Kona Boards! (Water, ski, skate, snow)
The platform is there - but the pace seems to lag. Barriers to entry are low. Time is now.
