You are correct. A R/S is not coming. "koz it is not" Maybe take the time to read the new OTC disclosures and see what the company says is the correct SS.

I look at it like this, we have been very fortunate to have time to accumulate shares since news has not been forthcoming... yet ! Given enough time I would accumulate them all if I could because of what I believe is coming here. The only ones who will miss out are the ones who have no shares. No problem, just more for me and the other believers.

Given MinnyMOOO's corporate actions I highly doubt Finra would approve a RS even if Steve wanted to do one.Look how long Finra is taking to approve a name change lol.Also authorized shares are one thing issued and outstanding is another.Do you know what the OS is?
