What was their exact wording in the 8k? I didnt read it. I know it was put in place over a year ago even before the RM was announced. At this point, the ball is in Spectrum King's court to decide what to do about it.
My only thought in why they might use it at this point would be for uplisting purposes. I can't see why else they would need a float of 400k shares. lol
Personally, I'm glad it made some hesitant to grab sharea here. It was difficult to accumulate any decent blocks because the float is so small...now looks like folks are holding what they have and are slowly starting to come on board
