its still sub penny. i dont see the value. im in a couple of others that keep going up 40% just about every day. hoping gildex will do the same when we get the chance to buy them. but usually all the hype and the ico drive the price up for a short time and then it goes down drastically and settles. that is usually the best time to buy, not at the ico opening. but i guess well see. either way im good. holding my phil shares at least til the end of the year.
