How has that played out so far? Look, even if they stop the dilution, there will still be shares issued for professional services (at least some) AND incentive shares. AND shares Dan is entitled to. AND shares Garrett is entitled to. AND shares ECAB is entitled to.

Do you think people can tell the difference?
ANY TIME the O/S goes up, people will conclude that the share buyback program is a fake. And the company a FRAUD.

modes Of coursb a share buyback program does not stop dilution. SIAF would have to dilute to buy back shares right now.

Problem is- if they want to buy back stock, to get the money they have to sell stock- so with the associated fees it's a net loss to shareholders.
