Dumping is a real issue



That is why some of us were asking for a share buyback plan.It would guarantee that the company would stop dilution and having the opposite effect in case the price stayed low.That is spend just 2% of book for each share.
Solomon and Dan were talking about it even having that OTC announcement that it was No.1 in their priorities at the AGM.Then Solomon decided to just announce a dividend for obvious reasons.He could keep diluting starting with about 1 Million within hours of the announcement.
