This should be a real issue; suppose that the PPS remains at these levels. What will the accusations be? Solomon has made sure that the PPS stays low? He knew that the TRW-loan wouldn't close? And now he is diluting a butload of shares at 2%, making sure the PPS stays low? And probably knowing about it before the new deal?

The only way he can desperately try to defend this is if he is able to get the PPS up to 10$ before 01.01.19. If not then people should rightfully accuse him for being a criminal, as well as drag Nisse down with him for allowing such a deal being made (after what Solomon has done to SIAF and the PPS, there is no excuse for Nisse whatsoever)
