Does he have some new compensation or are you refering to the old one 360000/pps? But he must stop printing otherwise it's a proof he just gave us divident to get pps upp to get more for the dilution? You simply doesnt give divendent and fund it by printing shares, that would be the most stupid this i heard if they even consider that and if ppl around him think it would be ok.
