are Samsung LG etc naked shorting through brokers like goldman or merril (proven in courts in cases like OVERSTOCK that they did naked shorting) and their MMs to hamper or disrupt the launch of this newcomer in the smart phones business? because if genuine and the team is really behind it, it could grab a couple of percents of the market at minimum.
