Perhaps RTT will create a brief RAMP that will alleviate this concern. Consider someone like John McCain. He may very well have tried Optune and/or even Avastin. Let's say someone like him did, and right now they are searching for something else via RTT. Particularly if a publication is provided, there is every reason to believe RTT might be the vehicle to RAMP Cognate until it is ready for the full load of outstanding patients awaiting (hopefully) DCVax-L approval.
