I’m just curious if you’ve done the dad here, UOIP has been through iprs that were instituted and won, what iprs got institutes with virnet? Was their trial already scheduled while iprs continued to be instituted? What bearing does their case have on ours whatsoever?

If this goes to trial, which I doubt, the pps will explode due to the exposure the trial will bring. Show me another stock priced at .02 that has a potential billion $$$ trial scheduled to go to court within a year. This is a ticking time bomb of money either way.

I think you misunderstand the purpose of a patent play on the stock market. I’m here to make money as is everyone else that invested here. If the PPS goes up from a ruling of x amount of money and I sell, what do I care about an appeal at that point? Don’t argue just to argue.

And if you remember the run up to the first V*HC trial, that time frame was the best to sell, not now after who knows how many Apple appeals there have been. Quite a few of us of aren't waiting on trials and 10 years of appeals to cash in every cent. This stock will hit a quarter somewhere between now and the trial, and we be cashing then.
