Then figure what 1% (.5%, .25%?) of that is worth
5mm? 10 mm?:
.0248/ share if 1% of 500mm capitalization .0496 if 1% one billion capitalization

Only way you get even from here is if the venture is valued at 1.5 billion and old TGLO shareholder get 1% of the combined company

That’s what the 124,000,000 shares not owned by Delfin would be worth
If the RS happens it won’t change the market value (or your market value) of the whole venture just the number of shares

If Delfin cuts a better deal for old TGLO holders I’d be surprised
