No The Deadline should be 5/31/18; since that's what quite a few posters have suggested and Mark also suggested it would be a done deal by the end or May 2018.

But, yeah....odds are against closing by 5/31/18

IMO, it's time for PNTV to actually execute. Talk is cheap, y'now?
