Even if it were 10 mio US$ profit and supposed a PER of 30 and 900 mio shares, share price would be only at about 0.33 US$.

I understand your reasoning, but it doesn’t apply to startups. And even though lqmt has been a public company for 16 years, it is still in its startup phase. Last year the stock hit $.44 on rumor and supposition, not on contracts and revenues. A $10M contract will take the pps above $1 in just a few days.
