Please read their OTC Profile page and Disclosure page. Note their reporting standard is the Alternative Reporting Standard. I don't know how you drew the conclusion that VDRM is SEC reporting. I certainly didn't reference a 10Q in my message.
I'm focused on facts easily seen on their OTC Disclosure page. There is no Quarterly Report for period ending March 31, 2018 listed after their Notification of Late Filing which states the Quarterly would be filed by May 21.
