How bout not taking a salary from the settlement and putting all the money to work for TAUG

BS! Due to CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw's "thumbing his nose" at the TAUG investors by not disclosing his CONSULTANT COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENT nobody has any clue if Shaw has been taking a "salary"!

For the 9 months ended December 31, 2017, the General and Administrative Expense was $1.621 MILLION. What portion of this $1.6 MILLION did CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw receive?
