Ex, I am a frustrated long, and as such read more into some of the co statements than I should have. I do believe in the science and that it has great potential hopefully now if the PIII succeeds or in the future with more refinement if the current PIII fails.
So if you claiming that they are scamming us - then we disagree completely. If you are saying that they are gently pulling the wool over our eyes to keep us going a little longer to get better results and are being cute in some of their wording and bread crumbs - maybe - but it is for the good of the co in the final analysis (I hope).
I do have one beef about the possibility of major self dealing done by expert lawyers just skirting the line between the legal and illegal. With so little info available to the public it is hard to tell, so I am on the fence on that one. On the one hand it seems to be the case with what little info I can bring to bear on the issue. But on the other hand, with the SEC scrutinizing so closely would she dare? So AFAIAC the jury is still out on that one. I do suspect that when PIII succeeds and DCVAX goes commercial, and there is a lot of money available, the investors will then bring suit for self dealing for hundreds of millions of dollars or more and the courts will then decide the issue after all the necessary and appropriate discovery has been made available.
