Anticipated to be but could be lower as well. Not a normal reverse and it will enhance the value when completed not lower it. I expect to see revenues in the 10-15 million range this year possibly up to 20+ million and they have a major partnership with CREE LED Nasdaq as well

It was voted on ober a year ago but keep in mind that the AS increase and the RS was part of an anticipated funding requirement that Spectrum King held BANJ to. The RM went through absent the funding requirement initially set forth as part of the original deal.

Think about it...if they did an RS, the float would be what? 400k shares? lol. Almoat.makes me want one to go through...
