All that needs to be done is enforce the rules they have. It appears there has been abuse of naked shorting of FUSZ for about 2 months.

And it can’t be hidden when it does happen...

...and “naked shorting” itself is legal...”abusive naked shorting” is illegal.

Other than the stock being on the threshold list for a short period of time...there are no delivery issues with the stock currently.
